International Shipping
IMPORTANT: All International Customers (except Canada).
	As a precaution against order fraud, when you place an order with us for the first time we will send you an email requesting that you verify your order contents and addresses. Please make sure to monitor the email address you used when creating your account on our system. If we do not receive a response stating that the order is correct we will cancel the order and issue a full Paypal refund or VOID the credit card authorization.
Are there any product restrictions in my country?
	You are responsible for knowing what products can be shipped from the US to your country. Once your package leaves our facility you agree to take responsibility for its proper importation including restrictions or any additional fees associated with the package. Additionally some of our items are too heavy or bulky to feasibly ship internationally for example our Pre-mixed Substrate. Also note all of our electric items (pumps, heat mats, bulbs etc.) are designed to run on 110 VAC, 60HZ, plug type A. If your country is different you will need to use a transformer / adapter to operate them.
What carriers do you use for international shipping?
	Currently offer USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail service to Canada and USPS Priority Mail service for all of our other international shipping.
Do you ship to my country?
	Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, we do not ship to your country at this time. Please contact us if you are interested in having us add your country to our shipping list.
What are my payment choices?
	During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. You will be responsible for any additional fees, duties or customs charges associated with your order.
